Please understand that with some of our products it may take some time to achieve the desired results.
However, if you should decide within 30 days upon receipt that the product has not performed to your satisfaction, we will be happy to issue a refund.
Returns must be sent back intact, un-used and in resalable condition.
All returns are refunded based on the unused portion.
Open or empty bottles will not be accepted.
Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We request products to be returned by traceable means ( UPS, FedEx or some other form of insured mail ) and with freight pre-paid.
